if a customer wants to upgrade from 12c database to 19c database in the existing Retail RMS 16.0.2

Hi Team,

Customer wants to upgrade their 12c database to 19c database in the existing RMS application version 16.0.2 . - Can you please share the some suggestion on below queries

1). Is Retail RMS 16.0.2 version is support for 19c Database ..?

2). or else is there any other way to make the compatibility of 19c db with Retail RMS 16.0.2 Application version..?

3). or else is it mandatory to upgrade the existing Retail RMS application version 16.0.2 also..? (higher like RMS 16.0.3 version..)
