Update Simphony July 2024 Critical Patch

I received an email that there is a critical patch update for F&B MTU5 Simphony (NA IAD) and upgrading from Simphony 19.6.2.2 to 19.6.2.4. When I've received these in the past I assumed these updates are done automatically and I do not need to do anything. But I am just confirming this. I did log into the oracle site and i can pull up the info on that patch but there is ~350 things it appears would need to be installed. Please let me know. thank you
