FDMEE multi-entities journals export double data

I created an FDMEE load rule to export Currency and Contribution Total ADJ's from HFM "on-premise" application to a flat file. I'm facing an issue related to the fact that data from multi-entities journals are exported twice, thrice and so on depending from the numbers of base entites involved into journals posting.

Can someone help me on this kind of topic ? Someone is facing the same issue extracting HFM "Multi-Entities" journals from FDMEE ?
