How to import Interaccount transfer and wholesale term money in massive way

We need to import many transactions of FX, Interaccount transfer and wholesale term money. Actually, user has to enter each transaction for treasure module and it takes too much time we need to create this type of transaction maybe by plsql o charging and excel file
