Oracle EBS R12 Tax Reporting Ledger(TRL)

Good Day

I am looking for the white paper setup of the Tax Reporting Ledger (TRL). What components need to be setup to ensure that this works fine. I have found document but this points out to theory of what it does and not the actual setup. Please can you assist on advising of a white paper and if there is no white paper, what components should be setup to make this functionality work.
