E1: E17: Email notification problems in Case Management with Asignee and Group provider
Hello dears, I have a problem with CRM module 17 for emails in case management P90CG504 (P17500).
- When generating a case, the emails for the group provider work, but if I add the Assignee there, it is only sent to the Asignee person and ignores the Group provider…
Example in a case:
Note that in the email, when I also included the assignee in the case, only sent one email there, no other email arrived to the distribution list of group provider...
