Is there a way to mass adjust Project Budgets

We currently adjust approximately 200 PC budgets annually. The adjustments are loaded using an old Excel to CI (PC_BUD_DETAIL) and then manually distributed by Amount to the appropriate budget period.

Is there an updated Excel to CI or other mass update method that would also distribute the amount to the budget period? Current manual process is tedious and time consuming.

Curious to know what others are doing?
