External call to orchestration does not reflect latest updates

We are on Tools 9.2.5.2 and have created several orchestrations to be called externally to process transactions in E1. We have made updates to fix errors found in the testing process and this is where our issue lies. Running the orchestration within Studio to test, everything works as expected. The error no longer happens. Making an external call of the same orchestration still reflects the unmodified object.

Example: Changes were made to include updates to the Line Type on the Item Master, update Item Branch records, and change the output from an Item Number to a simple True/False boolean value.
