Regarding: Oracle Patch update

Hello,

We installed Oracle Database 21c Standard Edition 2 Release 21.0.0.0.0 in 2023. After installation, we have not applied any patches. Now, we need to apply patches. Should we apply patches from scratch or directly apply the Oracle Critical Patch Update for July 2024?
