Can not get JDE Change Assistant to Connect Successfully

Hey All -

I have been battling change assistant problems for a few weeks now since they changed to the token way of connecting.

I have reinstalled Java and Change Assistant itself many times. I have validated all the websites and ports are open and able to be connected to so not a firewall issue. I've looked at all the troubleshooting docs out on the knowledge garden and tried everything listed/suggested. Does anyone have any other ideas or things that worked for you? I can't be the only one out there having this issue.

My biggest problem is I cannot get past the Update Center Connection Failure! window error. The Preferences window appears, I click the Request Token button, then get prompted to sign into Oracles' website (which works and Update Center website appears in browser window). The token seems to download, however I am wondering does this need to be saved into a certain folder or location? Right now it's just going to my downloads folder.
