Unable to view PDF from WSJ

we are on 9.2.7.3, linux, oracle database 19c,
when we try to open report PDF from wsj it show UBE: null after investigation I came to know report get submitted from orchestration and PDF get saved in printqueue folder with 'oracle' ID and 'oracle' group. other PDF open from WSJ. only issue with PDF get modified from orchestration.
working PDF file permission is like ID 'jde920' and group 'jde920' and few are 'oracle' Id and group 'jde920'.

any idea how it get saved with 'oracle' ID and 'oracle' group. also I found printqueue folder on AIs server does it play any role in it ?
