How to Inactivate Supplier Contacts?

I inactivated a Supplier from 'Manage Suppliers' page (Procurement > Supplier > Manage Suppliers), but the supplier contacts are still active. They have the supplier role assigned to them as well. Is there a process to inactivate the supplier also? Although supplier user cannot see any data when i login as the suppliers.
