IBM migration 7.2 to 7.3

Hi, according to note 1330703.1 it says "Note: AIX supports 'in-place' OS upgrades where an existing operating system can be upgraded without having to provision a new environment - this process has been certified for Oracle E-Business Suite. Users should shut down all EBS and database processes along with any other related programs using the standard scripts to do so, upgrade the OS in-place per the vendor's instructions, and then bring up the EBS environment."

If we upgrade EBS 12.1 to 12.2 on AIX 7.2, can we then migrate aix 7.2 to 7.3 without relink oracle binaries?
