Good day, has anyone came across this error when trying to create a custom WebADI Integrator?

ERP Oracle Applications: 12.2.11

PER PER_289870_ADI_IFACE_FAIL : An error occurred and the interface was not created. Please check input values and try again.

I get the above error when I try to Create a Custom WebADI Integrator by using the "Desktop Integrator" and "HR Integrator Setup" function.
