I'm using SOA Suite 12c and BAM 12c, I don't find the Monitor Dashboard in BAM

I'm trying to configure the business indicators in SOA and trying to view it in BAM Dashboard, However I dont see the Monitor Dashboard which is a OOTB dashboard. Also I dont have the samples folder as specified by oracle which should contain these dataobjects and reports. Do you know how we can get the Monitor Express Dashboard and related data objects into BAM12c.
