Granding additional access for an existing role/creation of new role in FCCS

Product: Hyperion FCCS

Could you please confirm if there is any role in Hyperion FCCS that can do changes related to dimension and hierarchy, other than the service administrator role?
If not, is there any possibility to create an additional role or provide additional access to an existing role in Hyperion FCCS, that allows the user to make modifications to the dimension and the hierarchy changes?
