Query on Handling Level-Wise Grade Approval Deadlines in PeopleSoft Self-Service

Hello Oracle Community,

I am writing to inquire about the functionality of PeopleSoft Self-Service in managing grade approval deadlines based on student levels within a class. Specifically, I would like to know if there is any provision or functionality in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions that allows instructors to approve grades level-wise within a single class.

For example, in Fall 2024, we have a class 1010 "Introduction to Computing" that is taken by seniors, juniors, and sophomores. However, the grade approval deadlines for these levels are different:

  • Seniors: November 23rd
  • Juniors and Sophomores: November 25th

Is it possible for an instructor to approve grades for seniors by November 23rd and then approve grades for juniors and sophomores by November 25th within the same course?
