ODA 19.21 upgrade from the version 19.19.

We have 6 DB systems at one of our customer's ODA environment, and we are currently in the process of upgrading the ODA from version 19.19 to version 19.21. The customer has expressed concerns about upgrading the baremetal system to ODA 19.21 and proceeding with the DB system upgrades one at a time, one per week. Please let us know whether it is advisable to maintain the baremetal system in version 19.21 while keeping the DB systems in version 19.19.
