Allowing Inventory Locations to be Put on Hold

Hi,

I am testing the new enhancement of Release 24: "Allowing Inventory Locations to be Put on Hold".
I know when I create a new Local by P4114 (or P4312), I can not use the Hold Code in this Local because it doesn't appear in P4100.
Question: If I create a new Local this way, Do I see this Local in P41202?
Because in my tests, I created a Local by P4114, and after I did not see this Local in P41202.
