Why would a UBE suddenly take more time for processing

Hello Team

We are running a custom UBE on scheduler every day. This normally takes about 3 hours to complete. But suddenly since last week this is running for over 15 hours and its impacting daily operations.

There were no promotions/ changes made to this object. We are not sure what is causing the issue.

Do you have a set of guidelines or normal checks that a CNC can perform to trouble shoot and resolve this issue.
