Currently, the RELEASEED_STATUS column in the WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS table is Y, but I wonder how to ship it to C

After the transaction occurred, an error seems to have occurred by typing LOCATION_CONTROL_CODE of MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B into N -> Y

I think it would be helpful to have a package or process
