FSCLONE Failed due to missing Environment file $BASE/patch_fs/../appl/context_name.env is not found.

Hello There,

we are trying to perform fsclone, initially applied a patch and it failed. so we run abort, cleanup and triggered fsclone but it failing to create patch fs with missing env file. please help for fix.

we are on

EBS 12.2.10

DB: 19C

linux: 7

ad/txk 14
