Issue with report disaply Annual Leave Details

Hello Folks,
I have a custom report that displays employee annual leave accrual details as below columns:
Employee Full Name | Employee Number | Accrual Balance | Carry Over | Consumed Leaves | Net Balance | EOS |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
My issue is with column Accrual Balance, this column displays Employee Accrual Year Start Balance, which comes from Element (Annual Leave Plan, Input Value Annual Leave Plan) + Element Annual leave adjustment input Days, and the employee has 15 start year balance + 3 annual leave adjustment, so column display 18
Element(Annual leave adjustment) entered to employee entries at start of 2024(input Effective Start Date =01-01-2024)
The issue is when I delete the element Annual leave adjustment from employee entries with purge, the report is not affected and the column accrual balance still displays 18
