Oracle application login returns with a blank page

Recently my oracle ebussiness suit login page returns with a blank screen, this happens after a number of users have logged in, the behavious is like there is a threshold settings somewhere that we do not know of, oracle Ebusiness suit 12.1.3

Can i get a solution to this problem
