Hard committing to a Primary location

We use JDE 9.2.7.2

Is there a PO or setting in P4210 that will throw a hard error is you try to hard commit a lot from a location with no available inventory?

Seems like the only thing I can find is a warning that says, "order quantity is larger than quantity available". I would like for this to error if we try to hard commit a lot with no inventory.
