Create Swiss QR Barcode for Swiss Invoice

I generated the QR barcode using Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.4.0. However, I’m unsure how to create the specific QR barcode required for Swiss invoices, which features a small plus sign in the center. I have not found the specific documentation using Oracle BI Publisher Desktop.
