How to add 2 UI Object with the same Name in Manifest administration Screen.

Hi Team,
Please help me in understanding that how can we create 2 UI object with the same name as PLATFORM INDEPENDENT
I went to Manifest Administration view (Administration Application → Manifest Administration) but when i am trying getting error that Same data already exist.

Please help me to understand how can we create 2 UI object with same name.
