Siebel LDAPS Encryption Fails With "554 Errstring Is SSL Handshake Failed" When Using SHA2

Hello Siebel Experts,

Siebel LDAPS Encryption Fails With "554 Errstring Is SSL Handshake Failed" When Using SHA2 and Oracle LDAP Client 11.2.0.4 as well as applied the patch for Bug 19285025.

ldap bind command also successful but still getting siebel server busy error and in logs able to see the SSL handshake failure error.

Siebel CRM - Version 8.1.1.11 [IP2013]
