Any API or interface to update Quotation payment terms?

I tried to use PDOI process to update quotation header and price break payment terms, but it's not working, use the same script I can change the price or quantity, but however for payment terms, nothing happened, no error found from po_interface_errors table, and all interface table process code changed to ACCEPTED.
