Oracle RPAS MFP v13.3.1 config tools error

Hi all

Please can you advise...

I have been using the config tools v13 and usually the display is fine.

Now when i open the tools and try to open the config it only displays the task bar at the bottom of the config showing the messages. The project panel and main panel do not load.

Any ideas please?
