How does jde know SWO is billable

in Manufacturing - JDE1 (MOSC) 6 commentsAnswered

Hi, can someone please advise where the billable flag defaults from the service work order? Is this based on customer master or contract? if there is a contract that is 50% billable how the 50% is factored in the invoicing if we have advanced pricing set up. On the work order I cannot see the service package information so I wonder how this works.
