How to restrict Price List LOV on Order Entry form

Hello,

We have the following business case: For Customer Number 100, users are allowed to select the Price List from the LOV (List of Values) while booking a sales order. However, for Customer Number 200, users are not permitted to update the Price List from the LOV. A restriction is needed to disable the Price List LOV for Customer Number 200, so users should only use the default value. How can we achieve this using form personalization?
