Issue after re-imaging server for upgrade using DPR - Upgrading to ODA 19.22

Hi,

Ours is ODA X8-2S. We are presently running OL7.9 and database 19.20.
We are currently in the process of upgrading ODA 19.20 to 19.22.
We have followed the standard Oracle document for the process.
ISO file used: Oracle Database Appliance 19.22.0.0.0 OS ISO Image for all Platform – 30403643
After we completed the re-imaging step, the server did not reboot by itself.
We rebooted the the server through ILOM. But we when we do:
/cat/os-release, it still points to OL7.9.
One more info - During re-imaging, we could see the Linux installation screen and it showed only Linux 7.9. !!

Can someone, please advise if we are proceeding in the right path.
