Did not receive response from BSSV Server. JDENET Error = eTimeOut

Hello,

We have issue with custom BSSV service, we have report which call BSFN, which is also call internal BSSV BSFN, in this case the data imported from JD Edwards to external service, also another reports use BSSV for other purposes, during the day we noticed that the reports sometimes took long time and not perform its job, and the log in it as following:

Internal Server Error during execution of Business Service.

Are there any steps to tune the settings of BSSV server or it's a problem due to data?
