root.sh failed while doing GI OOP Rollback to 19.6

Hello ,

While perform the Rollback of GI Patching in RAC setup - 8 nodes , everything went successful in all nodes except the node where MGMT DB was running .

executed the root.sh and completed the CRS switch and cluster started running from old home 19.6 instead of 19.22 , but during its datapatch it failed with below error :
