Obtain date/time when peak Exadata metrics (CPU, IOPS) occurred during the past year

We are using:
Exadata X8M
Enterprise Manager 13c

We are planning for cloud migration and need to understand peak CPU (DB Server, Storage Cell), IOPS, Network Bandwidth to assess requirements for migration to OCI.

While I am able to get peak values for the past one year, I am unable to get the timestamp at which the peaks occurred because the graphs average out metrics and do not show pronounced peaks.

Is there a way I can get the time at which the peaks occured by executibg a quesry against the repository database? Or get this information from EM UI?
