Return an ISO when it is in Shipped status during stock transfer between 2 orgs.

When there is an ISO created from Org A to Org B, and the ISO line is in shipped status and delivery is in Intransit status.
Is it possible to return the ISO before the shipment moves outside of Org A (i.e: Before the e Way Bill generation due to some internal issues).

It is not a customer sales order, It is a stock transfer (ISO) between 2 orgs.

Let us know, is it possible to return the ISO in the above scenario ?
