Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to update OMS to not use c:\windows as a temp directory

Hi All

We are running our OMS servers on MS Windows.

By default, the OMS server uses c:\windows as the temp directory, for a lot of activities including upgrades, which is obviously not ideal.

I am curious if there is a parameter option on the OMS server to use another directory, such as d:\temp instead?
