schedule Process Electronic Bank Statements on specific days

Hi,

we are unable to find the option to schedule any job on specific days. Like we have a standard JOB available "Process Electronic Bank Statements" which we wanted to run all day except SUNDAY, but i am unable to find that option.
Can you please help me with the same.
