I am an Oracle newbie and I am trying to install the April 2024 patch

Server Information
Platform: Windows Server 2019
Product: Oracle 19c release 19.0.0.0.0, version 19.22.0.0.0
Result of opatch lspatches
35926646; OJVM RELEASE UPDATE: 19.22.0.0.240116 (35926646) 359962832;
Windows Database Bundle Patch : 19.22.0.0.240116 (35962832)
Installing Patch: 36219938

Error:

OPatch failed with error code = 73

The following warnings have occured during OPatch execution
1) OUI-67301: Following patches have conflicts: [35926646 36219938 ]

Please help,

From my understanding it looks like I must uninstall the OJVM patch 35926646

Q1: How would I uninstall the patch
Q2: I have a new OJVM patch [36199232] when would I install this patch

Please any help is appreciated and since I am a newbie, I need a little understanding of what is happening and then the script I would need to run
