Question on Disability rates config
Hi,
We currently use the annual salary configuration in our formula, which has been calculated correctly so far. However, due to some business logic changes, we updated the frequency, causing compensation updates that resulted in incorrect values for the disability plan benefits. To resolve this, we want to update the ABBR value on the Job Data Benefits page and modify the formula to use the ABBR PRIM job. This approach is giving correct results.
We have an event status with 08/01 and an employee who already elected with a 0 amount. We have finalized the process, and the employee elected the disability plan. Now that we have updated the configuration, will the new value automatically take effect for Payroll?
