Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Why to upgrade JRE every time?

Hello

Our EBS environment R12.2.10 is running on JRE 1.8._241. There is a certification matrix from Oracle recommending to upgrade to _401.

While the _241 is still supported, what is the justification upgrade JRE and JWS on Oracle EBS App tier?

Is there a MOS note anyone can share?
