Location is not getting populated in OT order

Hi,

While assigning lot for items in ST order, system picks both lot and location. But in OT order it is only picking Lot, not picking location from ST, it's coming as blank. Is this system design or any setup to omit picking of location in OT order. What is significance of not picking Location in OT ?
