Disks with wrong GUID in labels

Something happened with one of my controllers and I now have an un-importable pool. The issue that I am seeing is that when certain disks are connected, they show up in the pool device list twice. One ONLINE and one UNAVAIL. For example:

        c2t0d0                 ONLINE

Notice the two instances of c0t5000C500C540ED27d0. One of those is hiding the actual other device (c0t5000C500C5202BEBd0).
