Where is the patch for the 13.5c OEM Windows x86 (64 bit) agent?

After patching OEM 13.5 to RU22 I attempted to add the Windows 64bit agent software to the OEM using OFFLINE updates.

Through Setup>Extensibility>Self Update (OFFLINE Mode) I was directed to download patch 9348486 and import it through emcli into the OEM. I did this successfully and the 13.5c Windows Agent software showed available.

I clicked on "Agent Software", highlighted the 13.5 Windows x84 (64bit) line and clicked on Actions>Download. The popup window showed a link to download patch 32674845_112000_Generic.zip. Sure enough, this is the software for the 11.2g OEM agent!

How do I find the software for 13.5 OEM agent?
