Create I/C Logical Trxns without intermediate node/OU

Hi,

We are in the process of setting up a new OU. Custom orders would be fulfilled vi internal drop shipment let's customer facing org : Seattle, WA, customer from Detroit, MI places an order on Seattle, WA org, goods to be shipped directly from Toronto, CA. Business requirement is to fulfill this I/C trxn flow without involving intermediate node and creating logical I/C trxns, is this feasible. If yes, kindly share set up steps to achieve this functionality without involving intermediate node/OU.
