Oracle Enterprise manager 13c agent Installation

Hi Team

I have downloaded Oracle Enterprise Manager 13.4 for HP-UX from Oracle eDelivery site

Installed it on fresh HP-UX (HP-UX B.11.31) Itanium server

Now I want to configure the target hosts (HP-UX only ) to monitor the databases

While Trying to add manually, I am getting below 2 errors

Installation and Configuration
