How does PM Schedule parameter Lead Time in Days function with Generate Preventive Maintenance Work Orders concurrent program?

We are running Oracle EBS 12.2.10 and are trying to figure out how to set up PM Schedules and schedule Generate Preventive Maintenance Work Orders concurrent program(s) so work orders automatically generate a set number of days prior to their Scheduled Start Date.

Can this be done with a single concurrent program, or will we need to schedule multiple with different parameters? Any advice on how to best accomplish what we are trying to do will be appreciated.
