Batch Header status not getting changed from U to A

An RB batch was in use status and when user try to revisethe batch status from inuse to approved status from batch header(P0011) revise option the status is not getting changed and the application is loading for long time.what could be the reason?How to change the batch header status

I checked i p00095 as well and there is no object reservation as well.
