Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Any idea why search is not working at ADD/UPDATE Person Page?

Hi,

Please Any idea why search is not working at ADD/UPDATE Person Page?

I have added a new person and saved successfully , but when I try to search for it, search page returns "No matching values were found."

when i try to add a person with the same EMPLID that doesn't appear in search the system returns that "the value you tried to enter already exists"

is there any security or configuration that i missed t do?

Note : we are running on 9.2 image 31
